If our caregivers are delayed leaving a previous appointment or arrive more than five minutes late to your home, a computer system automatically alerts our scheduler. This allows us to immediately investigate the delay. Our caregivers record their arrival and departure times using a toll-free number from each client’s phone. The system, utilizing caller ID, recognizes the client’s phone number and acts as a remote time clock.
